Food hygiene
When it comes to eating out or eating in, hygiene and cleanliness
are two of the most important things to consider! - But, when you buy food at a restaurant or a takeaway, how do you
know you're not getting 'more than you bargained for'?
- Well,
one useful indicator is to see if there is a current health inspection certificate prominently displayed in the
establishment. This is the first indication if the restaurant or takeaway is safe to eat at or not.
Our
certificate is displayed for all to see and we are proud to say that we go
further:
• Our kitchens are scrupulously
clean and we exceed all the requirements of the FSA.
• We have
been awarded top marks (5 out of 5) by the
FSA.
• All our
staff are trained to level 2 (staff) and level 3 (supervisory) of the food hygiene standards.
• We can
demonstrate routine record-keeping and monitoring of aspects of hygiene control such as refrigeration
temperature control
which is far in excess of what the FSA requires.
At Ayshas, we strongly believe we have a social and ethical commitment, which far exceeds the basic
legislative requirements, to provide our customers with food that is not only made from the best ingredients,
well-cooked and delicious, but also completely safe.
